Recently we have had several student want to know how to submit an iMovie they have made to a teacher. This tutorial requires that you have the iMovie and Google Drive apps installed on your iPad. After making sure you have these installed just follow the steps below.

 

On your iPad Retina:

1.) Go to the iMovie App

2.) Click the back arrow to get to the menu

3.) Click the Share icon

4.) Click “Save Video”

5.) Choose “HD – 720p”

6.) Wait for the movie to export

7.) Click the “OK” button when prompted

8.) Open the “Google Drive” app

9.) After signing in click the “+” in the top right corner

10.) Click “Upload Photos or Videos”

11.) Click “Camera Roll”

12.) Choose the video you have just exported

13.) Click the check in the upper right hand corner

14.) Click the “i” on the movie icon

15.) Click the “Share” button

16.) Type the name of the teacher and choose it from the list

17.) Now your teacher can find the video and watch it all on Google Drive on their MacBook Air or iPad Mini
